Kunga teaches a series of movements
thought to be more than 2,500 years old.
Tibetan Five Rites yoga is designed to
give you a renewed sense of energy and
vitality as well as enhancing flexibility.

YOGA AND SOUNDS OF INDIA
The divine song of the Indian bansuri
flute is known for its calming spacious
qualities. In combination with a yoga
practice, the music has the ability to
deepen the experience.
SAT FOLKLORICA 8.30AM
YOGA AND SOUNDS OF TIBET
The meditative sounds of the Tibetan
flute and singing bowls in combination
with a yoga practice have the ability to
enhance the experience.
SUN FOLKLORICA 8.30AM
INDIAN HATHA YOGA
Kunga draws primarily on Hatha Yoga
systems and his understanding of
traditional Tibetan healing practices
in this unique yoga class delivering
balance and harmony.
TUES DANCEHALL 8.30AM
Takkesh is a yoga teacher, Zen Thai therapist, surfer, father and the
founder of Surf Flow, a combination of movement and flow drawing
on aspects of yoga, capoeira, tai chi and his love of the ocean.
SURF FLOW: CORE YOGA STRENGTH
Takkesh teaches you the techniques to core strength yoga flow,
deepen your strength preparing to ride the waves, and finding your
flow state mentally through movement.

SURF FLOW: RECOVERY YOGA
Draw your energy back after surfing the waves in a session that is
grounding and recovery yoga at its best.

Originally from Tibet, Kunga lived in exile in the northern Indian town of Dharamsala
for 18 years before coming to Australia in 2010. During his time in Dharamsala,
Kunga studied the Hatha Yoga systems under the Yoga master Vijay at the Universal
Yoga centre. At that time he also studied a variety of traditional Tibetan healing
practices. Kunga has also completed studies in Buddhist philosophy at Varanasi
University. He is passionate in sharing the traditional practices and medicine of
Yoga particularly from his cultural Tibetan Yoga background.

Karen is a student of Master Yang
and has introduced Nei Gong through
interactive workshops, and client/student
training for 16 wonderful years. Nei
gong isn’t a faith or belief but a physical
engagement with the natural energies
supporting our physical world.
Ian is the principal yoga teacher of Bodhi Yoga Centre.
He has trained in Mangala, a unique creative yoga
dance style. He also teaches remedial yoga, meditation
and dance as well as yoga dance for children.
CREATIVE YOGA DANCE
Bring out the spirit of the dance through yoga with a
creative dance style based on Mangala. It focuses on
eclectic cultural influences and music, while drawing
on the tradition and authenticity of Indian Yoga.

Christabel is the creator of an ecstatic breathing practice/ceremonial experience, that helps people
feel more present, connected and loving. She was listed in The 100 Most Influential People in Health
